About this boat

‘Encore’ is a stunning Eastbay 43 HX that has been exceptionally well cared for and lightly used by its two owners to date. She has been stored indoors over winter most of her life and thoughtfully upgraded where needed.

Grand Banks Eastbay line does not need much introduction, the partnership of Grand Banks quality construction and C. Raymond Hunt & associates deep- v design was a winning combination. The 43 particularly is a sweet spot in the lineup offering two cabins, plenty of storage space, a spacious helm deck and cockpit all in a well-proportioned package.

‘Encore’ features a varnished teak transom not often seen on Eastbay 43s that looks beautiful against her flag blue hull. Additional varnished teak details include a sculpted rail on the aft edge of the helm deck, hand carved trail boards and additional eyebrow trim on the hardtop edge.

Highlights of her specification and recent upgrades include –

  • Only 1100 original hours in twin 435hp CATs
  • After coolers serviced 2018 and again 7/2021
  • Props balanced 2020
  • Exterior varnish refreshed 2021
  • Topside wax 8/21
  • Fresh bottom paint/ Prop Speed March 2021
  • Port and Starboard starting batteries new 2020/21.

If you are in the market for a high quality Downeast yacht with excellent pedigree then ‘Encore’ should not be missed.
