The first is twin MTY 12V 2000 M96L with 1,948 HP per engine and speed rating of up to 22 knots. The second offers a bit more power with a top speed of up to 25 knots. Twin MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines offer 2,636 HP per engine. This yacht is not a super fast model, but the fact that the accommodations allow you to live in supreme style means that the speed will not truly be a factor during travel.
Accommodations
The Princess 88 M is not just an average yacht, but a floating city of sorts in which all of your needs can be met while on the yacht. Bringing along those you love is easy and the layouts give your guests ample space within their individual staterooms. The configuration for the staterooms allow for up to five full staterooms with bathrooms on the lower level of the vessel, but the forward space on the main level is solely for the owner in a massive owner’s suite equipped with a large bathroom, sitting area, and lots of storage throughout the space.
The designers have also not forgotten about the need for crew accommodations as well and the entire bow of the lower level is devoted to the crew. The crew quarters consist of up to three separate sleeping spaces with bunk style accommodations capable of sleeping up to 6 crew members comfortably. The crew maintains their own separate entrance, so movement into the crew spaces does not have to impact the comfort of the rest of the guests onboard the Princess 88 M.
Living Space
The main deck of the Princess 88 M has been thoughtfully laid out to provide ample space for guests onboard the vessel. The main deck provides an open layout that provides space for outdoor dining as well as a large indoor dining space as well. The main galley space is tucked away to allow the chef to prepare meals for the guests out of the way, but still maintains a small dining space for a more intimate dining session to watch the chef prepare the meals or to be used by the crew away from the rest of the guests. The addition of a small summer kitchen aft the main deck and another on the sundeck of the vessel allows for perfect entertaining throughout the vessel. Lounge spaces and even the addition of a hot tub on the sun deck allow for pure enjoyment for all guests staying onboard.
