1984 Fisher 30 MK2 Pilothouse Ketch. This motorsailer was manufactured by Northshore Yacht Yards Ltd. U.K. to the Lloyds Standards. This unique vessel is strong and well rigged, built for long distance travel she is ready to go.

The rigging, sails, ground tackle and engine are all in great shape.

The engine was just serviced less than 3hrs ago, by certified Yanmar dealer, on a new engine .The sails are in good shape, including an extra sail that has not been put up by it’s current owner. There is a new Pelagic autopilot for easy sailing.

She is a sharp looking and quite distinctive motorsailer for the adventurer.

Accommodations

Starting forward is access to her chain locker. The forward V-berth cabin provides sleeping for two with storage under, an opening hatch and two opening ports for ventilation, 12v lighting.

Aft to port is the head with manual marine toilet and a sink with hot and cold pressure water. Across to starboard is a large hanging locker with beautiful teak louvered doors. There is a clothes hanging rod inside and ample shelving.

Further aft is the galley with sink with pressure water, ice box, two burner propane stove with oven, pot and pan storage and more. 

Across to port is the “U”shaped dinette with additional “cocktail table”. It easily converts to provide a large full size berth with storage under. Aft of the galley is a chart table that folds out of the way to allow access to a quarter berth. The soles are teak and the main salon has four opening windows for light and ventilation. There are two dorade vents, one in the main salon and one in the head.

Up three steps is the pilothouse with a bench seat along the starboard side and a large helmsman’s seat. There is a large sliding hatch overhead, along with opening side windows for ventilation.
