Customizable Boat: Palm Beach

The Sailfish 320 Express has a maximum rating of 700 HP and is loaded with impressive features. Its offshore fishing features and berths for six or more set it apart in its class. Stay comfortable overnight with an enclosed shower and head, galley amenities, and a hot water heater.

Standard fishing features include a 30-gallon transom baitwell, built-in tackle storage, in-deck fish boxes, stainless-steel rod holders, and recessed rod storage.

The helm includes a large dash capable of flush mounting a 12” screen, a 12V accessory plug, digital instrumentation, a steering compass, a Fusion audio control unit with a USB port, a stainless-steel tilt steering wheel, and a windshield with dual wipers. Optional electronics are available from Garmin including GPS/plotter options, radar, transducer options, and a VHF radio.

Other features include a captain’s chair with flip-up bolster and a passenger lounge seat, a storage center with pull-out drawers, a four-step boarding ladder, built-in rigging tubes, cockpit bolster pads, a hardtop with storage, oversized bilge access, recessed cup holders, a hardtop remote spotlight, a walk-through transom door, and a bow windlass.

Optional features include a 58” folding aft seat, an aft cooler seat, a gas generator, air conditioner and heat, a bow thruster, Optimus 360 Joystick steering, and underwater lights.
