Today a charitable foundation of the same name as the auditorium has undertaken a capital campaign with the purpose to restore the auditorium to its former glory. Being the home of just above five thousand people, today DeFuniak Springs is a small and quiet place, also the county seat of Walton County, and has the nickname of partnership, planning and preservation.
